1. If you are an exhibitor and you are selling anything we need your Merchant Permit and Sellers Permit.

- If you do not already have a Sellers Permit you will need to register through the California Board of Equalization either in person, online at http://www.boe.ca.gov/info/reg.htm or by mail.
- Your booth space is CTNX2016 and you can email that permit to exhibitors@ctnexpo.com.
2. Fill out all your badges at http://www.eventregistration.ctnadmin.com/
3. Update your online profile at http://www.ctnanimationexpo.com.
4. Sign up for Live Demonstration opportunities and CTN LIVE Stage interviews.
5. Check in and pick up your exhibitor badges at exhibitor check in. (Sponsors go to the VIP Lounge)
6. Be set up and ready to go by Friday 11 am .
