Tables and booths must be fully staffed during show hours. Booth Buddies are staffs who will watch your booth or table so that you may go see a panel or workshop or simply take a break or grab some lunch, etc. They are available for a maximum of 2 hours. Click on Booth Buddie or go to the exhibitor checkin kiosk onsite at the event and sign up for one. It is advised that you train the booth buddy yourself and make sure they understand what you want them to do. Show Management assumes no responsibility or liability for this service.
Need to take a lunch break? Want to attend a panel or session? Booth Buddies are available to come and sit at your booth for one hour. Booth buddies are provided first come, first served basis. Please do your best to ask for a Booth Buddie in the morning(s) before they are needed so we can try to accommodate everyone. There is no charge for this service.
