BACKSTORY
CTN founder Tina Price – is an award winning animation professional with an entrepreneurial and philanthropic streak. After 23 years at Disney and a victim to one of the largest layoffs in animation history she saw an opportunity to bring together this inspired breed of independent creators for a membership community driven annual creativity-infused event chock full of inspiration.
Today, CTNX draws the global animation talent community from 16 countries and is the leading conference and festival of its kind in the world.
"I can’t believe this all started with a book expo in a hot tent outside of Van Eaton gallery. Actually the first one was inside with about 10 artists and I was lucky to be one of those!! " ~David Colman
"It’s truly a pleasure to collaborate with you Tina trough the years and an honor to have been part of CTN since day 1. But most of all, Bing and I are so blessed by your friendship. Looking forward to CTNX10 as we celebrate Mulan20!" ~Armand Serrano
