Your CTNX Event Profile due: asap.
- If new this year your web profile account will need to be created for you but if you are returning from 2015 go to the website. Sign in and update your front facing profile. Your ID is the email address this email came to and just click on Forgot Password:

Exhibition Space Selection July 2016.:
- If you signed up before April 20, 2016 you will receive an email in July with a link to fill out your top three spaces location preference. Although we try to place you where you have asked we can not guarantee you will get what you want. Priority is given to those that have been with CTN the longest.
- NEW: All 400 exhibitors, artists, studios, vendors, schools and organizations are under one roof.
Travel / Housing
- If you’re planning on staying with us at the event hotel you’ll want to make your reservations ASAP. If the event hotel is sold out you can consider our other partnering hotels where we provide a shuttle or Air BnB: http://ctnanimationexpo.com/axTravelHousing.php

Sketch Book Art (Black and White) and permits due: September 9, 2016 11:59 pm PST

  - Note: We must have received your permit before you can submit your artwork for the sketchbook due Sept 9th.
  - For those exhibitor spaces that include a page in the sketchbook (Event Program):

- NOTE: Email your Calif State Sellers Permit number and make sure you have a copy of your Calif State Sellers Permit with you on site at the eXpo. Use Contact Us to submit your permit number.

Badges must be filled out as soon as you sign up and by the latest October 11, 2016 11:59 pm PST.
- If you are sharing your exhibit space it is included and all you need to do is go to My Tickets and Edit Badge to invite your table/booth mate(s).
- If you type in the wrong email for your table or booth mates, there is a $20 fee to resolve that information.
Airplay: Media Due by November 13, 2016.
- Your space includes the showing of up to 12 images below are options for you to deliver the media.
- If files are under 25mg send via email to media@ctnexpo.com.
- If files are under 2gyg you can send via https://www.wetransfer.com/ and put media@ctnexpo.com as the email.
- If you live in the Los Angeles area you can drop off a disc or drive at CTN's Center Stage Gallery at 847 Hollywood Way #100, Burbank, CA 91505 any time Tuesday - Sunday noon - 8:00pm.

- Request information for larger files. 
- NOTE: Our screens are 16:9. For best results still images should be .jpg at 200 dpi. Your vertical or portrait images should be at least 720 tall and horizontal or landscape images should be 1280.
- NOTE: We will not accept any images that are not visibly branded with your name.
Tech Specs for movie/video clips: Screens are 16:9 aspect ratio.
- For /movie/video clips: The preferred file format would be Apple ProRes 4:2:2 / Audio - Stereo mix in .mov format at 1920x1080 for use in our Playback Pro.
- The second choice for movie/video clips: h.264 / Audio - Stereo mix in .mov format at 1920x1080 for use in our Playback Pro.
- For still images: .jpg at 200 dpi. For best results your vertical images should be at least 720 tall and horizontal images should be 1280.
- Keynote and Powerpoint Media requirements should be formatted to 1920x1080.
Raise the Bar Recruiting
- Artist Portfolio Upload Opens September 23rd, 2016 (please visit http://ctnanimationexpo.com/axRecruiting.php for eligibility guidelines).
- Artist Portfolio Upload Closes October 23rd, 2016 11:59PM PST.
- Applicants are notified of their status by November 15th, 2016.
- Interviews are conducted onsite during the event in the RECRUITING LOUNGE (Producer A/B)

Load In/ Load Out
- 4pm to 10pm Wednesday November 16, 2016 (Earlier Times available By Appointment Only).
- 10am to 5pm Thursday November 17, 2016.
- 8am Friday November 18, 2016 – Must be done by 11am. Doors open at 12pm.
- Load Out after 5pm Nov 20, 2016.
