The difference is location. A standard table is located between two other tables meaning there will be a table to your left and to your right. A premiere table may be a corner table meaning there is a table only on one side of you and the other side is open to a main high traffic aisle, it may also be an 'end cap' table meaning you do not have another table on either side of you or you may be an island at the end of a row facing a main high traffic aisle.
