Raise The Bar Recruiting is an event held every year at the CTNx Animation eXpo on site in Burbank, CA. This is an opportunity where both senior and junior artists can submit their work (Portfolios/Reels), and meet up with top recruiting professionals looking for the best talent. The meetings are organized through CTN, and artists will be notified shortly afterward if a recruiter would like to interview him/her. This program is only open to artists either attending the event who have a specific type of pass*(see link below), all artist exhibitors and CTN staff that have access to the eXpo for all three days in November (Nov. 22-24, 2019).

WHAT TALENT SEEKERS ARE SAYING:
“I would highly recommend CTN to anyone in our business casting for key artistic talent on a movie or TV series. It is a great “one-stop shopping” concept and we have completed many hires from the pool of candidates that we met through CTN.” ~Troy Nethercott Recruiter Henson Films
"I just wanted to once again extend my most thorough thanks for organizing all our swell interviews this past weekend—there was a GOODLY amount of talent that came through those doors (one of whom we’ve already hired since meeting on Sunday) and we owe it all to CTN for corralling them all our way!" ~Matt Roberts Animation Resources Coordinator
” CTN’s RBR is so organized and professional, we just had a great experience meeting and reviewing top talent for our upcoming shows. We will be here EVERY year for sure.” ~Connie Thompson Associate Producer Paramount Studios
WHAT ARTIST APPLICANTS ARE SAYING:
“The CTN Animation Expo was admirably well organized in preparing and presenting my portfolio material to the companies that came to the show. The interview process was made into a pleasant and fruitfull experience that was important to not only getting work, but also getting firsthand feedback from major companies in the animation industry. It was three days of great art, loads of insightful stories and information, and exciting opportunities.” ~ Rustam F. Hasanov
“…..the best thing that happened to me was being able to get a portfolio review at the regular Sony booth by Ken Maruyama, VP of recruiting – and because of that, I have just been offered a job as an animator at their Albuquerque studio, working on Green Lantern. I am so grateful to all of you at CTN for helping me make this great connection and get my first big break in the animation industry.” ~Kieran Turan
